Welcome to Novio Oogzorg. We find it important that patients know what they can expect from us and what we expect from them. These terms apply to all optometric services provided by Novio Oogzorg.
Appointments can be made by phone or via our website.
Can you not make your appointment? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to another patient.
If you cancel too late or do not show up, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee .
Examinations at Novio Oogzorg are fully covered and do not count towards your deductible. You do not have to pay for the consultation.
A CBR driving licence examination is not included: it is not covered by basic insurance and has its own fee.
If there is no valid health insurance , if a consultation is not reimbursed by the insurer, or if a claim is not possible for administrative reasons, the costs may be invoiced to you directly.
Patients remain responsible for providing correct and current insurance details.
If a consultation cannot be claimed from an insurer, you will receive an invoicefrom us. It must be paid within the term stated on the invoice.
Novio Oogzorg processes personal and medical data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your data is treated confidentially and used only for providing care and keeping your patient record. More information is in our privacy statement.
We do our best to help you carefully and professionally. Not satisfied with our service? You can send your complaint to info@novio-oogzorg.nl.
Novio Oogzorg is affiliated with a recognised complaints and disputes scheme under the Dutch Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz). If necessary, you can also submit your complaint to an independent complaints officer or disputes committee.
Our care is provided according to the professional standard of the optometrist. Any liability for damage is limited to the amount paid out by our professional liability insurance.
Novio Oogzorg reserves the right to change these terms. The most recent version is always available on our website.
